Yoga private lessons

Want to take your yoga practice to the next level? Or simply practice a specific sequence or position? Then yoga private 1:1 lessons are right for you!

Since its inception thousands of years ago, yoga has traditionally been passed down from teacher to student. The student remained at the teacher’s side for many years and thus benefited directly from the teacher’s wealth of experience over a long period of time.

Yoga instruction in the form of group classes as we know it today in the West has only existed since the increasing popularity of yoga as more and more people wanted to benefit from the knowledge of the few teachers. When the first Europeans and Americans returned from India and brought the profession — some would say vocation — of the yoga teacher to life in our latitudes, the format of group classes common in our country today was born.

Group classes can never replace private lessons. In private lessons there is the possibility to follow one’s own yoga path more individually and directly and to work specifically on individual areas. In this way, yoga can be adapted to the student and not the other way around. Julie and Knut have both enjoyed — separately — private lessons with different teachers for a long time.

Most of the teachers at Feelgoodstudio also offer private lessons, just ask!
